What began as a simple visit to a banana plantation in Ecuador turned into the start of a life-changing journey. I was amazed by the incredible productivity without the use of agrochemicals. I did my research, studied, and visited organic farms, and eventually realized something clear: soil regeneration is the key to a healthier planet.
I decided to make a radical change, left my corporate career, and returned to Colombia to turn a dream into reality with my wife: to create La Huerta Hotel by Lake Calima…
